Chilin Kids try to make our return process as easy. If for any reason that your not satisfied. please contact our customer service department at customercare@chilinkids.com. Returns must be made within 14 days of arrival for full refund or exchange. Sale items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of arrival.

Shipping and handling are not refundable.
